Privacy notice
This notice is a conservative draft prepared for the site build. Per should review it — and take professional advice if he wants certainty — before the site goes live. It also depends on two items still to be confirmed: the permanent contact address, and the booking terms / cancellation policy.
This notice explains how the fds.education website collects, uses and stores personal data. The data controller is Autlook AB, which operates FDS — Financial Design for Startups.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. Because it sets no cookies and collects no personal data for advertising, no consent banner is required.
Course bookings
When you book a place on a course (available from a later update to this site), we collect the details needed to fulfil the booking and issue an invoice: name, email address, phone number, company name, organisation number, VAT number, billing address, invoice email, your reference, dietary requirements, and the name to appear on your diploma.
- Purpose: fulfilling your course booking and issuing the invoice.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Retention: invoice records are kept for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
- Storage: booking records are held privately by Autlook AB and are not published or shared beyond what is needed to invoice and run the course.
Marketing email
If you choose to receive email from us — for example, to be sent the free digital FDS Handbook — you opt in separately, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. Our email service is Brevo, based in the EU.
