FDS treats startup finance as a design problem: aligning your company's purpose, business opportunity, financing strategy, time horizon, and your own agenda as an owner — instead of reacting to financing needs as they arise. Built on eight years of research into the long-term outcomes of venture-funded startups (the Exit Value Studies, Chalmers and University of Gothenburg, 2016–2024), and on practice: for founders, board members, and the coaches and mentors who work with them.
