Booking terms — FDS courses

Who you are contracting with. FDS courses are arranged and invoiced by Autlook AB. Questions about a booking, an invoice or a course go to per.hulthen@gmail.com.

Your booking is binding. When we confirm your booking by email, a binding agreement exists between you — or the organisation you book for — and Autlook AB for one place on the course. We confirm bookings promptly, normally within one working day.

Price. 9,999 SEK per place, excluding VAT. The price includes lunch on both days, a diploma, and a printed copy of the FDS Handbook. It does not include travel or accommodation.

Invoice and payment. We issue the invoice at the same time as we confirm your booking. Payment terms are 10 days from the invoice date, and in all cases before the course begins. If you book fewer than 10 days before the course, the invoice falls due before the start date. Late payment carries interest at the Swedish statutory rate under räntelagen.

If you cannot attend. A binding booking is not refundable. However:

• You may send someone else in your place at no charge, at any time up to the start of the course. Tell us the substitute’s name, the name they want on the diploma, and any dietary requirements, and we will handle the rest.
• You may move your place to the next scheduled run of the same course, once, if you tell us at least 14 days before the start date. Places on the later course are subject to availability.
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date: we will refund or credit 50% of the fee.
• Cancellation 30 days or less before the start date, or non-attendance: the full fee remains payable.

If we cannot run the course. If we cancel or postpone a course for any reason, you choose between a full refund of anything you have paid and a place on the next scheduled run. Our liability is limited to the course fee. We are not liable for your travel or accommodation costs, so please consider that before booking non-refundable travel.

Minimum numbers. Courses run with a minimum number of participants. If we do not reach it, we will tell you at least 14 days before the start date and you choose between a full refund and a place on the next run.

Changes to venue, timing or content. We may need to change the venue within the same city, adjust the timetable, or make minor changes to content. We will tell you as soon as we know. Changes of this kind do not entitle you to cancel; a change of city or of the dates themselves does.

What we do with your details. We use the details you give us to run the course and to invoice you. We do not add you to any marketing list unless you tick the box asking us to. Invoice records are kept as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires. Our privacy notice explains this in full, and how to ask for access, correction or erasure.

Photography. We may take photographs at courses for our own communications. Tell us on the day if you would rather not appear in them, and we will respect it.

Governing law. Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Göteborgs tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
